We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

The estimated delivery time is always shown on the relevant product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow your order.

Orders within the United States are shipped through our international fulfillment partners. The final delivery is handled by a local carrier, depending on the destination and shipping method.

If your order is unexpectedly delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the United States costs $5.95.

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your order? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear, washing or use may not be accepted for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
