Shipping

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

The expected delivery time is always stated on the relevant product page. For many of our products, the expected delivery time is 3–6 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email with which you can track your order.

Should an order be delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium is free.

Orders are delivered via PostNL or DHL. The delivery and the exact delivery time depend on the carrier. Gymbabe has no influence on any delays with the carrier after a package has been shipped.

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After you have indicated that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you still have 14 days to return the product.

Would you like to return an order? Please register your return via info@gymbabe.nl or via the withdrawal function on our website.

When registering your return, please include your name and order number, so that we can process your return quickly.

Conditions for returns

You may view and try on a product just as you would in a physical store.

We ask you to:

- handle the product with care;

- return the product clean and tidy;

- return labels and any accessories, where possible;

- package the product well for return shipment.

If a product has been used more than necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and operation and has consequently decreased in value, we may charge for this depreciation.

Costs of returns

The costs for returning an order are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed with Gymbabe.

The amount of the return costs depends on the carrier you choose. Therefore, always check the current rate of the relevant carrier.

Keep your proof of shipment and track & trace code until your return has been fully processed.

Refund

After you have informed us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount due within 14 days at the latest.

We may wait with repayment until we have received the returned products or until you can prove that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.

When returning an order in full, you will receive the purchase amount back, including any costs of our standard shipping method that you paid with the original order.

Did you choose a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery? Then any extra costs for this will not be refunded.

Are you returning only part of your order? Then the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to pay for the order, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Exchange product

Would you like a different size, color or another product? Please contact us via info@gymbabe.nl.

The costs for returning the original product are for your own account. We will then be happy to help you with the desired exchange.

Incorrect delivery address provided?

Did you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@gymbabe.nl.

As long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to change the address for you. If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that an address change is still possible.

Received damaged or wrong product?

Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@gymbabe.nl, preferably with your order number and photos of the product.

We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.
